A special analysis steel that is fully heat-teated, quenched and tempered after perforating to assure a true 280 Brinell hardness throughout the entire screen to provide superior abrasion resistance.
Hi-Life Rubber Clad
These screens, developed specifically for wear resistance, consist of composite rubber vulcanized to steel backing. The unique punching process developed by QPI produces excellent hole taper while providing moderate open area. Rubber clad is available in 60 and 45 Durameter variations.
Hi-Life Rubber-Flex
These durable screens are extremely effective in reducing abrasive wear and heavy impact. The controlled flexibility of flex rubber encourages stratification, so you realize higher efficiency screening, much higher than wire cloth. Screen are fiber reinforced, light weight and easy to install. Applications include crowned decks having conventional tensioning systems.
